Zesty Broccoli Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Tablespoon)
  Small broccoli florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Small cauliflower florets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Reduced calorie margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Coarse grain mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine breadcrumbs and Cheddar cheese; stir breadcrumb mixture well, and set aside.
Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Cover and steam 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Drain vegetables, and place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine margarine, mustard, and white pepper in a small bowl; drizzle over broccoli and cauliflower, and toss well.
Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over vegetables, and bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
