Chow Frozen Broccoli

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Using a high flame, heat pan and add oil and salt.
Then add piece of smashed ginger.
Add broccoli and stir for 30 seconds.
Cover for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover, add monosodium, sugar, and pepper.
