Orecchiette Con Broccoli E Pomodoro
|Orecchiette||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Broccoli||1 1⁄4 Pound (600 Gram)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||3 Ounce (80 Gram Or 1 Cup)|
Cook the broccoli and pasta as in the prevous recipe.
Add the broccoli to the pasta for the last 3 minutes cooking.
Drain well and put in a hot serving dish.
Stir well and add the hot tomato sauce.
Stir again, then add the freshly grated cheese.
Mix well together, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve at once.
