1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm), washed, trimmed, and broken into florets (1 Large Bunch)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Hot sesame oil
Steam broccoli over boiling water until tender; set aside to cool.
Combine sesame seeds, soy sauce, oil, and honey, reserving 1/4 cup sesame seeds for garnish.
To serve, arrange broccoli on serving platter, pour dressing over, and sprinkle with remaining seeds.
