Sauteed Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli 300 Gram
  Mushrooms 200 Gram
  Baby corn 100 Gram
  Carrot 1
  Turnip 1
  Capsicum 1
  Celery stalk 1 , chopped fine
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
  Ajinomoto 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Blanch brocoli for 10 minutes in salted water to which a pinch of sugar has been added.
Sieve and keep aside. In a non-stick pan heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste and saute over high heat for a couple of minutes.
Now add all the vegetables and saute for 5 minutes adding salt, pepper, aji-no-moto, sugar and vinegar.
