Sesame Broccoli

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound (fresh)
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon (toasted)
Directions

Wash broccoli; remove outer leaves and tough part of stalks.
Cut broccoli length wise into uniform spears, following the branching lines.
Cook, covered, in 1-inch of boiling, lightly salted water 10 to 15 minutes or till spears are crisp-tender.
In a saucepan combine the cooking oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and toasted sesame seed; heat to boiling.
Pour the sesame-soy mixture over broccoli spears.
Turn spears to coat evenly
