Beef And Broccoli Stir Fry
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Broccoli florets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oyster sauce||2 2⁄3 Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons Plus 2 Teaspoons)|
|Chopped fresh flat leaf parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Broiled lean sirloin steak||12 Ounce, cut into thin strips|
|Hot cooked vermicelli||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Dash|
1. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; cook onion over medium heat until translucent, about 2 minutes. Add broccoli, mushrooms, oyster sauce, parsley, and 2 tablespoons water. Cover and cook over medium heat until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
2. Add beef and vermicelli to vegetable mixture. Cook over medium-high heat, tossing frequently, until meat is heated
through, about 1 minute. Season with pepper.
