GARLIC BROCCOLI

Broccoli is a plant like cabbage with green flower heads. It comes from Mexico and it's one of the most bought vegetables in England.
Ingredients
Ingredients, 1st set:
  Broccoli 450 Gram
  Warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Corn starch 2 Teaspoon
  Bouillon cube 1⁄2
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Ingredients, 2nd set:
  Garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Gin 5 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Topping directions:

1. Mix evenly all the ingredients from the second set.
2. Heat a sauce pan and roast the mixture until golden brown and crunchy.

Broccoli Directions:

1. Heat the oil in a Wok or a large pan.
2. Add the garlic and stir until golden.
3. Add the warm water, bouillon cube and salt and bring to a boil.
4. Add the broccoli and cook with lid for 8 minutes or until done.
5. Dissolve the cornstarch in ¼ cup of cold water and then add to the broccoli.
6. Mix well and serve.
