|Broccoli head||2 Pound, cut off bottom third of stalk; peel and slice cut off stalk and discard; peel remaining stalks of leaves and cut into 3 lengthwise pieces|
|Lemon||1 , quartered|
Place broccoli with 1 inch of water in a large stockpot and bring water to a boil over high heat.
Cover and reduce heat to medium.
Steam for about 5-6 minutes, or until al dente.
