Sesame Broccoli And Carrot

Make this extremely simple but healthy recipe with broccoli and carrots. The steamed vegetbales give you all the necessary nutrition and healthy required in a balanced meal.
Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic cloves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Broccoli 1 , chopped
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat water in a saucepan. Medium boil it and add garlic cloves. Put a vegetable steamer over the water and put broccoli and carrot in it. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. You can transfer it to a bowl or leave it in the steamer. Add butter, pepper, sesame seeds and serve.

I love steamed vegetables, as they are extremely rich in nutrients. Broccoli and carrot is in fact a great combination so is the sesame flavor to it. I loved the use of herbs too.. however, I would lilke them a lil spicy with some pepper to it! Thanks.
