Ingredients
  Corn oil 2 Teaspoon (Mazola Brand)
  Broccoli florets 1 Pound, cut in florets, and stems sliced
  Mushrooms 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir-fry 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
