|Broccoli florets||1 Pound, cut in florets, and stems sliced|
|Mushrooms||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|

|Dried thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
