Broccoli With Sesame Seeds
|Broccoli||375 Milliliter, cut into flowerets (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Butter||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Sesame seeds||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (1 Knob)|
|Lemon slices||1 , cut into wedges|
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch broccoli for 4 minutes then let stand to cool, drain and set aside.
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook sesame seeds until golden.
– Place broccoli flowerets in microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, season with salt and pepper. Place a knob of butter on each floweret, then cook in micro wave at HIGH for 1 minute. Garnish with lemon wedges.
