Cold Broccoli With Cashews

|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salted cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely broken|
Cook the broccoli until it is just tender; place in a serving dish.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chervil.
Pour over the broccoli; chill.
