Broccoli With Peppers

Broccoli with peppers is a herbed vegetable recipe. Skillet cooked with garlic and red pepper flakes for flavor, along with onions and red pepper, the broccoli with peppers is peppy and nurtitious.
Ingredients
  Olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Yellow onion 1 Small, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1 Small, cored, seeded, and cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Red pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a heavy 12 inch skillet, heat the olive oil over moderate heat for 1 minute.
Add the onion, garlic, water, broccoli, red pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Cover the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and cook 6 to 8 minutes longer, stirring often, until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
