Blanched Broccoli with Indian Yogurt Dip

Broccoli Gob Stoppers is a great recipe and very simple to make. With broccoli as the main ingredient, you can try this recipe and tell me if you like it.
  Broccoli 1⁄2 Pound, blanched
  Onion 1 , chopped finely
  Yogurt/Plain greek yogurt 1⁄2 Liter (full fat yogurt)
  Black salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon, Roasted, grounded

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin and black salt.
2. Add in the yogurt and mix well so that everything is incorporated nicely.
3. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl.

4. Serve the dip with blanched broccoli florets as an appetizer or a healthy any time snack.
