Easy Turkey Broccoli Bake
|Frozen chopped broccoli||2 Cup (32 tbs) (2 Packages Thawed And Drained)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 Packet (1 envelope)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1 Tablespoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
Spread broccoli in 2 quart oblong baking pan.
Cover with water, cook in Radarange oven 7 minutes; drain.
Stir soup mix into sour cream; spread 1/2 mixture over broccoli.
Top with diced turkey.
Fold whipped cream into remaining soup/sour cream mixture; spoon over turkey.
Cover, cook in oven 10 minutes, turning dish halfway through cooking time.
Mix cheese and crumbs, sprinkle over casserole.
Cook 1 minute longer.
