In 10-inch skillet combine broccoli, water, chicken bouillon granules, and pepper.
Cook over high heat till water boils, stirring with fork to break up broccoli.
Add frozen potatoes.
Cook, covered, over medium heat about 8 to 10 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
Stir together soup and milk; drizzle over vegetables in skillet, stirring gently just to combine.
Cover and simmer 3 to 4 minutes more or till heated through.
Top with onions.
