Brisket Of Beef With Cabbage

Ingredients
  Beef brisket 4 Pound
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs) (To Cover)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cabbage 2 Pound, boiled
Directions

Wipe meat with a damp cloth and cover with water, add seasonings, cover andsimmer for 3-4.hours or until tender.
Serve smothered in boiled cabbage.
