Simple Barbecued Brisket

Ingredients
  Brisket 4 Pound
  Liquid smoke 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cover both sides of brisket with liquid smoke, garlic salt, onion salt, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
Place in baking pan; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Add salt and pepper; cover with foil.
Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours.
Add barbecue sauce; uncover last hour of baking.
Baste occasionally.
This may be cooked on spit out of doors.
