Brisket With Wine
|Onion||1 , minced|
|Red wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown the meat on all sides in the shortening.
Add seasonings, onion, and red wine.
Place cover on cooker and set pressure regulator in place.
When the pressure is reached, cook for 35 minutes.
Allow the pressure to drop naturally.
Slice and serve the brisket with gravy from the essence if desired.
Another variation of this is to use orange juice in place of the wine.
