Barbecue Brisket

Ingredients
  Beef brisket 5 Pound
  Celery salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 1⁄2 Ounce (From A Bottle)
  Liquid smoke seasoning 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Barbecue sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In slow cooker put the brisket.
2) Sprinkle celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt, and salt on top.
3) Pour liquid smoke over brisket and cover it.
4) Place in refrigerator for 8 hours.
5) Cook on low heat for 8-10 hours until tender.
6) One hour before the end of cooking process, pour barbecue sauce over brisket.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
