Ingredients
  Beef brisket 6 Pound
  Liquid smoke 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt/Garlic powder 3 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 3 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 3 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cover brisket with the first four ingredients.
Let this stand refrigerated overnight in an oven baking bag.
The next morning cover with the remaining two ingredients.
Bake at 275° for 5 hours.
