|Ketchup||32 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Worcestershire sauce||5 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lemon)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
Mix all ingredients for marinade.
Baste brisket with marinade, grilling over low flames.
Use marinade to keep meat moist throughout grilling process, approximately 30-45 minutes, until brisket is browned.
Wrap brisket in foil and continue basting and cooking slowly over low heat (1 hour per pound).
