|Beef brisket||3 1⁄4 Pound|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
Prepare cooking bag according to package directions; place brisket, water and soup mix in bag.
Set in oblong baking dish; close bag with twist-tie, wrap ends around closure and make 6 (1/2 in.) slits in top of bag.
Heat at high5 minutes and at LOW 90 minutes, or until beef is tender.
TO COMPLETE: Let STAND 10 minutes before serving.
