Barbecued Brisket

Ingredients
  Brisket 10 Pound
  Meat tenderizer 1 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Celery salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 4 Can (40 oz)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Tabasco 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Tenderize brisket several hours prior to cooking.
Build barbecue fire to 1 side of pit, using large quantity of hickory.
Place brisket over low heat (200°), and cover pit with lid.
Combine remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes to prepare sauce.
Baste brisket with sauce every hour for 8-9 hours.
