Braised Brisket

Ingredients
  Beef brisket 3 1⁄4 Pound
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion soup mix 1 3⁄8 Ounce (1 Envelope)
Directions

Prepare cooking bag according to package directions.
Place brisket, water and soup mix in bag.
Set in 12x8-inch dish.
Close bag with nylon tie or cotton string.
Make 6 (1/2-in.) slits in top of bag.
Cook at HIGH 5 minutes and at LOW 90 minutes, or until beef is tender.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
