Cut the vegetables into fairly large pieces.
Put into the cooker with the meat, parsley, seasoning and water.
Fix the lid and bring to pressure.
Lower the heat and cook for 25 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop gradually.
Boiled beef is served with unthickened gravy.
