Brisket In Horseradish Sauce
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Beef bouillon cubes||2|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Cover)|
|Horseradish sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Conventionally sear brisket in oil on both sides on surface unit.
Place in casserole and add onion, bay leaf, bouillon and water to cover.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180Â°F for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Slice diagonally and serve with Horseradish Sauce.
