Brisket In Horseradish Sauce is an easy to prepare recipe which you will simply love. I bet, you will surely get a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Brisket 3 Pound
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Bay leaf 1
  Beef bouillon cubes 2
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Cover)
  Horseradish sauce 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Conventionally sear brisket in oil on both sides on surface unit.
Place in casserole and add onion, bay leaf, bouillon and water to cover.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180°F for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Slice diagonally and serve with Horseradish Sauce.
