Bream In Almond Parsley Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Bream fillet 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a one litre casserole, melt butter/margarine in the microwave for a couple of minutes
2. In a small bowl, mix cornflour and lemon juice into a paste and add to the butter along with parsley, salt, pepper and slivers of almonds
3. Dip each of the fillets of fish into this mixture and arrange in the casserole such that the thick edge points outwards
4. Cover and microwave for seven minutes until te fish flakes easily; allow to stand for a couple of minutes

SERVING
5. Serve with buttered boiled rice and cucumber salad
