Camembert Bream

Ingredients
  Silver bream 500 Gram, cleaned, scaled (2 Small)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Camembert 125 Gram, chopped
  Zucchini 1 Small, grated
  Carrot 1 Small, grated
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash fish, dry on absorbent paper. Place fish in shallow dish. Combine rice, cheese, zucchini, carrot, salt and pepper.
2. Brush cavity of fish with half the soy sauce, fill cavity with Camembert mixture, pile remaining filling in dish between fish. Brush fish with remaining soy sauce, cover, cook on MEDIUM for seven to eight minutes or until flesh flakes.
