Parmesan Crowns

  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Homemade)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat bread 12 (Around 1.5 Inch Rounds)

Combine mayonnaise, cheese, green onions, and tamari.
Spread on bread rounds.
Place on baking pan and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake about 8 minutes at 450 Degree.
The crowns will puff and brown slightly.
Serve hot.
