Pizza Bread Sticks

Ingredients
  Frozen bread dough 16 Ounce, thawed (1 loaf)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pizza sauce 8 Ounce (1 can)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
Fold dough, press out bubbles and knead until elastic and smooth.
Stretch and pat dough onto 12" x 15" Rectangle Baking Stone, stretching dough over sides.
(Dough may resist stretching but will eventually relax.) Cover dough with dampened towel and let rest in a warm spot for 15 minutes.
Brush dough evenly with olive oil.
Press garlic through Garlic Press and spread evenly over oiled dough.
Grate Parmesan cheese with Cheese Grater; sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over dough.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cut into long strips with Pizza Cutter and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
