Easy Bread Sticks
|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (packaged)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt the butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Combine the biscuit mix, sugar and milk in a mixing bowl and stir until mixed.
Beat vigorously for 20 strokes.
Turn out on a board lightly dusted with additional biscuit mix and knead 10 times.
Roll out to a 12 x 8-inch rectangle and cut in half lengthwise.
Cut each half crosswise into 16 strips.
Dip each strip in melted butter in the pan, turning to coat both sides, and arrange in 2 rows in the pan.
Bake in 400-degree oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
