Spicy Seeded Bread Sticks

Ingredients
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Coarse salt 2 Tablespoon
  Plain bread sticks 5 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg white 1 , beaten with 2 tablespoons water
  Water 2 Tablespoon (For Beating The Egg Whites)
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a wide shallow bowl, combine sesame and poppy seeds with pepper flakes and salt.
2. Brush bread sticks all over with egg white and roll lightly in seed mixture. Place on a wire rack fitted in a rimmed baking sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
