Quick Corn Bread Sticks
|Baking mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Variety)|
|Corn meal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cornmeal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Heat oven to 450Â°.
Spray loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy.
Beat in baking mix, 1/2 cup corn meal, the buttermilk and oil just until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Sprinkle lightly with corn meal.
Bake about 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan.
Cut into 8 sticks.
