Spinach bread is basically an artisan bread which is chiefly used in making Italian sandwiches. Regarded as an appetizer, it can be served with chicken, lamb, sliced tomatoes, mushroom stew, Boston lettuce and pasta sauce. Cut into thin slices or into two halves. Olive oil, clove garlic, frozen and chopped spinach, salt, garlic powder, pepper, parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese are the basic ingredients required.
