Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin bread, sweet fruity bread with a scrumptious golden brown crust, is a crave worthy dessert treat. Made with pumpkin puree, melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, unbleached all purpose flour or whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and chopped walnuts or chocolate chips, the pumpkin bread is a fast to prepare recipe. All ingredients are blended together into a smooth batter, poured into muffin trays and baked in an oven preheated to 350 degrees from 25 – 50 minutes depending upon the size of the loaves.
