Onion bread is a generic term used for a variety of breads prepared with onion as the predominant ingredient. The recipe, essentially an enhancement of the basic bread is made with Italian bread, grated onion, mayo and parm cheese. Onion, mayo and parm cheese is spread over the sliced bread and the recipe is broiled till bubbly and brown.
