|White bread dough||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Recipe, Basic)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Freshly grated cheese||2 Tablespoon (Ementhal Or Swiss)|
|Anglais glaze||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Prepare Basic White Bread according to recipe directions; add 1 1/2 cups Parmesan to yeast mixture with second addition of flour.
Place in 2 prepared loaf pans.
Bake at 400°F 10 minutes.
Brush with Anglais Glaze; bake 10 minutes.
Brush with Anglais Glaze.
Sprinkle mixture of remaining Parmesan and the Emrnenthal cheese over top of loaves.
Bake 5 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
