Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Active dry yeast 1
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  All purpose flour 5 1⁄2 Cup (88 tbs)
Directions

Follow standard recipe for white bread add raisins to dough before the last rising.
