Bread Stuffing With Raisins

Ingredients
  Fat 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Small Amount)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk/Stock 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees

MAKING
2.In a frying pan, melt the fat and add onion and sauté it until tender
3.Now add bread crumbs and seasonings
4.Mix properly
5.Then add milk or stock
6.This helps to makes a loose, light stuffing much preferred by many to the soft moist or compact type
7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
SERVING
8.Serve with raisins
TIPS
It can be varied by omitting onion or sage, by adding chopped celery or by adding 2 tablespoons seeded raisins.
