Scallion And Cheese Bread
|Sourdough bread/French / italian bread||8 Ounce|
|Unsalted butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Turn on toaster oven or oven to broil.
Cut loaf of bread in half, lengthwise.
Cut scallions into thin rings.
Combine scallions, cheese, butter and spread on bread.
Toast in toaster oven or under broiler until cheese and butter have melted and bread is beginning to brown.
