  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sifted flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

PREPARATION beat eggs and milk together; sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Form into a dough roll out 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured board cut in small squares fry in deep fat at 380° until brown.
