Dilly Casserole Bread

Ingredients
  Active dry yeast 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cream style cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated to lukewarm
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dill seed 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Soften yeast in warm water.
In mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, butter, sugar, onion, dill seed, salt, soda, egg and the softened yeast.
Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition to form a stiff dough.
Turn into well greased bread 'n cake bake pan; cover.
Place in crock pot.
Cover and bake on high setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove pan and uncover.
Let stand 5 minutes.
