Fresh Blueberry-Orange Bread

Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Butter 2 Teaspoon, melted
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix and sift together, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar.
Combine egg, melted butter, lemon rind and orange juice.
Add all at once to flour mixture and blend lightly.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into greased 91/4" x 51/4" x 23/4" pan.
Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour.
Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
