Zucchini Walnut Bread

Ingredients
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in pieces
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsifted flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Grated zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Not Pared)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat eggs gradually adding sugar.
Add oil, combine dry ingredients and add to mixture, alternating with zucchini.
Stir in raisins, walnuts and vanilla.
Turn into 2 greased and lightly floured loaf pans, 9" x 5" x 2 3/4".
Bake at 350 F for about 55 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, then place on wire racks to cool.
