Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  Dry bread loaf 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Melted fat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (More If Desired)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Scoop out insides of bread to make bread crumbs.
Toss all ingredients together lightly in a bowl, using enough melted, fat to moisten bread.to taste. Less fat need be used for fatty fowl.
Stuffing can be cooked in the poultry or it may be baked or steamed in a loaf or ring mold.and served with vegetables.
This recipe will stuff a 6-lb bird
