Banana Walnut Bread

Banana Bread is my favorite flavored bread. I love the texture and flavor of this bread and serve it often, especially for my children's birthday parties. Try it for yourself, I am sure you will love the Banana Bread!
Ingredients
  Swift'ning make your own mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bananas 2 Large, peeled and mashed
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine Mix, sugar, and soda.
Add combined bananas, walnuts, eggs, and buttermilk.
Beat to blend Combine Mix, sugar, and soda.
Add combined bananas, walnuts, eggs, and buttermilk.
Beat to blend thoroughly.
Turn into loaf pan (9x5 inches) (bottom rubbed with Swift'ning).
Bake in a moderate oven. (12 hours' storage improves flavour and texture.)
Baking temperature: 350° F.
Bake: About 40 to 45 minutes.
