Easy Zucchini Bread
|Cooking oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Squash zucchini||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Mix lightly but well.
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Add flour mixture and blend.
Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 325Â° for 1 hour.
Remove from pans immediately and cool on racks.
This bread may be frozen for later use.
