Microwave Apple Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Applesauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

Mix together applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to sugar mixture and mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Invert a glass in the center of a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Carefully pour batter around glass.
Microwave 8 to 11 minutes, giving dish a 1/4 turn every 3 minutes [BAKE 7, 13 to 15 minutes, giving dish a 1/4 turn every 4 minutes].
Let stand 5 minutes.
Carefully remove glass and invert bread onto a cooling rack.
Let stand until bread cools before slicing.
